1. A situation a friend and I can use probability to make a decision on is flipping a coin to see who goes first in a game. The probabilities of the outcomes can be determined both experimentally and theoretically because you can experiment and then use a theory to find out more.

2. A situation in which is difficult or impossible to find the theoretical probability of the outcomes is to determine if a football team is going to win lose or tie a game.

3. For a probability situation to be fair it means that all chances of anything happening are al equally likely.
